“An educator takes a hand, opens a mind, and touches a heart.” This is what Pipeline to Possibilities has done for me! It has provided guidance, challenged and sharpened my skills and I have gained lifelong mentors and friends. The mentors / P2P leaders I’ve had the opportunity to work with were each amazing. What I loved most about this program was the introduction to new pedology through the speakers and activities. I left P2P as a first-year fellow who is more confident with skills to properly educate minority students skills and the skills to success in the world of academia.
